Frequently Asked Questions

What is Bitcoin mixing?

Bitcoin mixing (also known as Bitcoin tumbling) is a process that breaks the connection between your Bitcoin address and your identity. When you send bitcoins through our mixing service, your coins are combined with other users' coins, making it extremely difficult to trace the original source of the funds.

How does the mixing process work?

Our mixing process works in several steps:

  1. You provide your destination Bitcoin address(es)
  2. You send your bitcoins to our temporary mixing address
  3. Your bitcoins are mixed with other users' funds in our pool
  4. Clean bitcoins are sent to your destination address(es) after the specified delay

Is Bitcoin mixing legal?

Bitcoin mixing itself is not illegal in most jurisdictions. It's a privacy tool similar to using cash for transactions. However, laws vary by country, so we recommend checking your local regulations. We do not condone the use of our service for illegal activities.

How long does the mixing process take?

The mixing process begins after your transaction receives 3 confirmations on the Bitcoin network (typically 30-60 minutes). You can specify a delay of 0 to 168 hours for added privacy. The actual mixing process usually takes a few hours.

What are your service fees?

Our service fees range from 0.6% to 1.887% of the mixed amount, plus 0.0003 BTC per destination address. You can choose your preferred fee level during the mixing process. Higher fees help support the service and may provide additional privacy benefits.

What is a Letter of Guarantee?

The Letter of Guarantee is a cryptographically signed document that proves you initiated a mixing transaction with us. It contains all the details of your mixing order and can be used to verify the authenticity of the transaction. Always save this letter as proof of your legitimate mixing request.

What is a mixing code?

A mixing code is a unique identifier that ensures your new transaction won't be mixed with your previous ones. If you've used our service before, enter your previous mixing code to prevent receiving the same coins you sent earlier. This enhances your privacy.

What are the minimum and maximum mixing amounts?

The minimum mixing amount is approximately 0.001 BTC, and the maximum is around 2500 BTC per transaction. These limits may vary based on our current liquidity and market conditions.

Can I split my mixed bitcoins to multiple addresses?

Yes, you can specify up to 5 destination addresses, and we'll split your bitcoins between them according to the percentages you specify. Each additional address incurs a small additional fee of 0.0003 BTC.

What if I don't receive my bitcoins?

If you don't receive your bitcoins within the expected timeframe, please check our troubleshooting guide. Most issues are resolved by verifying transaction confirmations or checking wallet synchronization. If problems persist, contact our support team with your Letter of Guarantee.

How do you protect user privacy?

We implement several privacy protection measures:

  • No user registration or personal information required
  • Automatic deletion of transaction logs after 24 hours
  • Tor network support for anonymous access
  • No IP address logging
  • Large mixing pools to ensure anonymity

Is there a way to verify the mixing quality?

Yes, you can verify the mixing quality by using blockchain analysis tools to check that there's no direct connection between your input and output addresses. The Letter of Guarantee can also be verified using Bitcoin message verification tools.
